Colon Hydrotherapy
Almost 100 years ago a Russian born bacteriologist and Nobel Laureate Ilya Mechnikov, stated
“Death begins in the colon”, modern day research suggests that over 90% of all known human illness can be traced back to the colon.
“The average digestive system holds 15 pounds of old putrefying waste, without cleansing our colon we can never experience true health” Dr. Bernhard Jensen
Colonic Irrigation is not a quick fix however it does drastically speed up the results of any cleansing program. To achieve long term results of any significance most people will need more than one treatment. If you are new to colonic irrigation, I recommend that you start with a basic cleansing program of three colonics to be completed in two weeks. This program may be repeated as needed. Clients with chronic constipation will benefit from a course of six.
In a healthy bowel, each colonic treatment is equivalent to 20 or 30 bowel movements. However, as colonic irrigation will only wash out whatever is loose enough to come out, and it only cleanses the last 5 feet of the bowel (the large intestine) it makes sense to combine your treatment with a cleansing program which will simultaneously clean the 22 feet of small intestine and help loosen up old, dehydrated waste from your system. This results in a deeper more effective cleanse.
I have developed a three-step, cleansing program at The Hydro Clinic, which consists of the following:
1. Dietary changes
2. Cleansing, nourishing and healing nutrients
3. Colonic irrigation treatments, using healing herbs where necessary
If you follow this three-step program, you will notice a difference at the end of the two weeks, more so than if you only follow one step at a time. Where I see clients fall down time and time again is that they do the colonics but not the diet or forget to take the supplements. Clients who get the best results follow all three steps simultaneously. I want you to know this up front and to be committed to following the program when you walk in the door.
The more that you prepare for your treatments, the easier they will be and the better the results will be.
